SOLSTICE SUITES POLICIES

RESERVATION GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
All standard reservations will be guaranteed with a deposit:
  • Standard Deposit is equivalent to total reservation cost. The deposit will be taken 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Oktoberfest Weekend Deposit will be taken 14 days before arrival and is equivalent to total reservation cost.
  • Christmas Season (Nov 27 to Jan 1st) deposit will be collected 30 days before arrival. It is equivalent to 1st night plust tax or 50% of your stay (whichever is greater).

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check In starts at 3:00 p.m. We offer both in person and late arrival self-check ins. We will be in touch with you via SMS on the morning of your arrival to make your check-in a stressless experience.
Check Out: 11 a.m.

BREAKFAST AND PARKING INCLUDED
  • Breakfast is included and is served from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m.
  • Parking is free and on-site. One vehicle per room, under 19 ft. only.

SMOKE FREE & PET FREE
Smoking of any type (including vaping) is prohibited on the property ($250 cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is found in your room) Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking No pets are allowed (minimum $250 deep cleaning fee for any violation and subject to immediate eviction)

21-AND-OVER ONLY
Solstice Suites are unable to accomodate guests uner 21 years of age.

RATES
Our rates vary by season, weekend, festivals and holidays and are based on double occupancy. All rates are subject to change.

MINIMUM STAY
Most weekends and period from Thanksgiving to January 1st require a 2-night minimum stay. On a specified 2 night minimum stay, if the party cancels one night, both nights will be canceled - not one night, as it does not conform to policy.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

As a small, independent property, cancellations affect us significantly. We ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation policies and encourage the purchase of travel insurance to provide reimbursement options due to personal health issues, family emergencies, or travel delays.

Standard Rate Cancellation:
Reservation must be canceled by 3:00 p.m. local hotel time 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Special Dates: Christmas Season Rates (Thanksgiving-January 1th):
Reservation must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of deposit. However, if we are able to re-book the rooms, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee per room.

Special Dates: Oktoberfest (first 3 weekends of October):
Reservation must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Non-Refundable Rate:
Occasionally we offer a nonrefundable promotional rate at a discount from our standard rates. When available these reservations are exclusive offers that require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non-refundable, non cancelable. No modifications allowed.

Group reservations of 4 rooms or more:
Please call us for a quote and rates and policies for groups.

Reservation Changes within cancellation window:
Changing the date of a reservation inside the cancellation window is a cancelation.

Reservations Booked through online travel agencies (not directly with us)
Our best rates and most flexible cancellation policies are available when you book directly with our hotel. For reservations booked through online travel agencies or other third-party sources, the cancellation policy that applies will be the policy stated on the booking confirmation sent by the booking agency.
